Dr. Lydia M. Evans, MD

Lydia M. Evans MD is board certified in dermatology and internal medicine. She also completed a fellowship in oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After completing her dermatology residency at Columbia Presbyterian (New York Presbyterian Hospital), she established her dermatology practice in Chappaqua in 1993. Dr. Evans is an associate clinical attending physician in the Department of Dermatology at New York Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, a position which includes significant teaching responsibilities. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Dermatology. In addition, Dr. Evans is a member of the Leadership Society of the Dermatology Research Foundation and has served as the New York State Chairperson for the Psoriasis Research Foundation.

Complementing her academic affiliations, Dr. Evans served as the consulting dermatologist to L’ Oreal Paris from 2000 to 2012. Her years of collaborating with the beauty care industry have given her a comprehensive understanding of skin care products, and of how to best design optimal, individualized skin care programs for her patients. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of cosmetic procedures, including the use of Botox, fillers (Juvaderm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Belotero), Sculptra, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. In addition, Dr. Evans works intensively with lasers for skin rejuvenation and enhancement, Ultherapy deep ultrasound treatments for tightening and lifting, and Coolsculpting for body contouring.

Dr. Arnold C. Toback, MD

Dr. Toback received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Boston University. He subsequently received his medical degree from Boston University, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Toback then completed a full residency in internal medicine from the University of Vermont before entering dermatology. He finished a residency in dermatology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He is board certified in both dermatology and internal medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology in the Department of Dermatology at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. His medical interests in caring for patients extend across the full breadth of comprehensive dermatological care - medical, surgical, and cosmetic, from childhood to adulthood.
